Independent advisors: Advisors featured in our “Find an Advisor” directory and those who may contact you through the Site are independent licensed professionals, not employees of Annuity.com. They are responsible for their own licensing, compliance, and the advice they provide. Annuity.com does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for recommendations made by independent advisors.

Carriers: Insurance products are issued by the insurance carrier, not by Annuity.com. All annuity guarantees are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier.

9. Rate Data, Calculators, and Tools

Annuity.com publishes rate and product information sourced from insurance carriers and third-party data providers. Rates change frequently and without notice. Any rate, benefit, or product feature displayed on the Site:

  • Is subject to change by the issuing carrier at any time
  • May be subject to state availability restrictions
  • May be subject to minimum deposit, age, or eligibility requirements
  • Is not a binding offer and is not guaranteed until a contract is issued by the carrier

Calculators and tools on the Site (including the “What Is Your Number?” retirement income calculator and longevity calculator) produce illustrative estimates only. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
